Overview
- Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
- If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Health and personal care items once opened
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, software, or media products that have been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Re-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider (posting times may vary).
- Contact your bank (processing delays may occur).

Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
- Sale, clearance, or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- To request an exchange, email us at support@bookdepotpro.com and ship your item to our return address.
Gifts
- If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
